By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

If I find that you are willingly breaking my terms, I reserve the right to blacklist you from commissioning me or owning any designs by me going forward.

If you are unsure about any terms, always feel free to ask me.

Payment is required upfront via PayPal in USD.

After accepting your commission request, I will send an invoice to your provided email.
Please be prepared to pay within 24 hours after invoicing.

If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded the full amount of your payment, no matter the stage of commission completion.

You may cancel your commission at any time. I will issue a full refund for commissions that are in the sketch stage. After the commission is 50% complete (linework done, beginning coloring) I will issue a 50% refund. I will not issue a refund for a commission beyond 50% completion.

Commissions are queued, so they will be completed in the order I receive them.
Please be mindful that other commissions may be before yours in the queue.

Once I sketch your commission, I will send it to you for approval. This is when to tell me if you need any changes made. After sketch approval, I will only provide updates/changes to the art upon request. After the work is complete/nearly complete, I may be able to make minor tweaks/changes to the art, but I will not go back and continuously make heavy edits at that point.

I also keep track of my current commissions completion level on Trello.

I work on art Monday through Sunday, but I will communicate any delays to commissioners. Turnaround time is usually between 1-2 months or less.

You may use your commissioned artwork for icons, webpage decor, forum signatures, etc.

Do not repost/reupload commissioned artwork to Twitter, Tumblr, FurAffinity, DeviantArt, etc. unless I have given you permission and I am properly credited.

If uploading to Toyhou.se, please credit Bloodweiser (my username there).

Minor edits to commissioned artwork (colors, markings, drawing your own outfit designs on top, etc.) are okay. Major edits may be okay with permission- please ask me first if you're unsure.

You may never use your commission for commercial use or for NFTs. This includes custom designs.

Do not edit my artwork to remove or hide my watermarks and/or signatures.

These terms apply to any custom/original character I have designed- whether obtained through commission, adoptable, trade, gift, etc. directly from me or transferred from another person.

Feel free to change the design however you wish. Color, markings, species, information, etc. However, you may not upload, sell, trade, or gift any derivative designs as a separate design.

Purchased designs are allowed to be resold only for the original price you payed for it, plus the cumulative price of artwork that you yourself commission of the design. Purchased designs are barred from resale once they are traded (unless I have given you permission).

I would appreciate if you notify me when a design is transferred owners, but it is not required. I appreciate those who make sure the new owner is aware of these terms when transferring.
