Please remember that by commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. A lined, colored illustration of your character with a transparent and/or solid color background.
Simple shading and/or held item can be included free of charge, to improve the artwork's composition.
Complex/painted shading can be added for an additional charge upon request.❧ Bust/icon: $60

An illustration of your character drawn with the binary brush, so it has a pixely effect.
These are faster for me to draw so they are generally cheaper, but messier and more experimental.❧ Bust/icon: $30

𝖈𝖚𝖘𝖙𝖔𝖒 𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖆𝖈𝖙𝖊𝖗 𝖉𝖊𝖘𝖎𝖌𝖓

A unique, one-off, brand new, custom character design for your own personal use!
I will create a design based on theme, description, moodboard, etc. (or you can give me full artistic liberty- I tend to work best with those!) The price is heavily dependent on what the commissioner wants, but starts at $200 for a lined, colored fullbody image, and goes up based on add-ons listed below.❧ Simple custom design: $150
A single fullbody image of a brand new character design.
Includes simple details like eye-closeup, an accessory, etc. upon request.Add-ons:
❧ Bust: +$60 (to show off expression, teeth/tongue details, etc.)
❧ Back view: +$100 (to show off markings, wings, etc.)
❧ Chibi: +$100
❧ Clothing: +$50 for each outfit (drawn on top of chibi or base image of design)

TERMS 𝔬𝔣 SERVICE

𝖌𝖊𝖓𝖊𝖗𝖆𝖑

❧ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.
❧ You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
❧ I am okay with NSFW character references.
❧ I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time. (details in next section)

𝖕𝖆𝖞𝖒𝖊𝖓𝖙 + 𝖗𝖊𝖋𝖚𝖓𝖉𝖘

❧ Payment is required upfront via PayPal in USD. After accepting your commission request, I will send an invoice to your provided Paypal address. Please pay within 24 hours after invoicing.
❧ If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded the full amount of your payment, no matter the stage of commission completion.
❧ You may cancel your commission at any time. I will issue a full refund for commissions that are sketched or partially lined. After the commission is 50% complete (linework done, beginning coloring) I will issue a 50% refund. I will NOT issue a refund for a commission that is nearly complete.

𝖕𝖗𝖔𝖈𝖊𝖘𝖘

❧ Commissions are queued, so they will be completed in the order I receive them. Please be mindful that other commissions may be before yours in the queue.
❧ Once I sketch your commission, I will send it to you for approval. This is when to tell me if you need any changes made! After sketch approval, I will provide WIPS/updates/tweak the art upon request. After the work is complete/nearly complete, I may be able to make minor tweaks/changes to the art. I will not go back and continuously change the art after it is complete/nearly complete.
❧ I work on art Monday through Sunday, but also attend college full time. Commission work may slow down a bit when I have tests, finals, etc. but I will communicate any delays to commissioners!
❧ Please feel free to reach out to me for updates or status about your commission at any time. I also keep track of my current commissions on Trello.

𝖕𝖊𝖗𝖒𝖎𝖘𝖘𝖎𝖔𝖓𝖘 + 𝖚𝖘𝖆𝖌𝖊

❧ Do not repost/reupload commissioned artwork to Twitter, Tumblr, FurAffinity, DeviantArt, etc. UNLESS I have given you permission and I am properly credited. You may use your commissioned artwork for icons, webpage decor, forum signatures, etc. with credit.
❧ When uploading to Toyhou.se, you MUST credit Bloodweiser (my username there).
❧ Minor edits to commissioned artwork (colors, markings, drawing your own outfit designs on top, etc.) are okay. Major edits may be okay with permission- please get approval from me first.
❧ You may not use your commission for commercial use or for NFTs. This includes custom designs.
❧ Do not edit my artwork to remove or hide my watermarks and/or signatures.

𝔴𝔦𝔩𝔩 𝔡𝔯𝔞𝔴:

❧ furries, feral/quad, monsters, complex designs, backgrounds, blood/gore/body horror, weapons, armor, nudity, all genders & body types, clothing/outfits; I am willing to to draw most things. Simply ask me if you're unsure. I love turning non-traditional animals into furries, I can even make custom designs for anthropomorphic plants, invertebrates, objects, etc.!

𝔪𝔦𝔤𝔥𝔱 𝔡𝔯𝔞𝔴:

❧ NSFW/sexual themes, humans/humanoids, some drug use (tobacco, marijuana, alcohol, generic pills), mecha/robots, vehicles; I am not as experienced with some subjects but am willing to draw them. Feel free to ask for examples.

𝔴𝔬𝔫𝔱 𝔡𝔯𝔞𝔴:

❧ some fandoms, hurtful kink/fetish (trans fetishism, babyfur, etc.), characters labeled with slurs, art that is offensive or hateful, cultural appropriation. If you are unsure about something, always feel free to ask.

CUSTOM DESIGN OWNERSHIP

𝖌𝖊𝖓𝖊𝖗𝖆𝖑

❧ By owning a design by me, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't be afraid to contact me.
❧ These terms apply to any custom/original character I have designed- whether obtained through commission, adoptable, trade, gift, etc. directly from me or bought/traded/gifted from another person.
❧ Feel free to change the design however you wish. Color, markings, species, information, etc. However, you may not sell, trade, or gift any derivative designs as a separate design.
❧ Minor edits to owned designs (colors, markings, drawing your own outfit designs on top, etc.) are okay. Major edits may be okay with permission- please get approval from me first.
❧ My designs are never for commercial use or NFTs.
❧ If I find that you are willingly breaking my TOS, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me or owning any designs by me going forward.

𝔬𝔴𝔫𝔢𝔯𝔰𝔥𝔦𝔭 𝔱𝔯𝔞𝔫𝔰𝔣𝔢𝔯

❧ Purchased designs are allowed to be resold only for the original price you payed for it, plus the cumulative price of artwork that you yourself commissioned of the design.
❧ Purchased designs are allowed to be traded, but once traded are no longer allowed to be resold, only traded (unless I have given you permission).
❧ When uploading to Toyhou.se, you MUST credit Bloodweiser (my username there).
❧ I would appreciate if you notify me when a design is transferred owners, but it is not required. I appreciate those who make sure the new owner is aware of these terms when transferring.
